阆苑湖是一个天然湖泊，是景区最大的水体。阆苑湖湖面平静，周围绿树环绕。湖内有鲢鱼、鳙鱼、鲤鱼、鲫鱼、鲈鱼等众多淡水鱼类，湖边设有专门的垂钓区域，适宜开展垂钓活动。

凤鸣谷生态园位于景区腹地的山谷处，生态园内家禽和种植物互相促进生长，形成良好的生态循环，是景区生态农业观光的样本之一。晨曦初露，百鸟齐鸣，在谷内形成回响，甚是壮观，故命名为凤鸣谷。
